Here in STIRKIN we care about our customers, so we offer you several ways to place an order.
1. Order online.
Quick order form is always with you, on all the pages of our website. Filling in the most basic fields of this form, you can instantly place your order, which we'll discuss with you in more details in a phone call.
The link to the detailed order form is located at the bottom of the quick order form. It will let you fill in all the information about your order, including the preferred time of pick-up and delivery. You'll also be able to calculate the cost of your laundry, choose the type of delivery, as well as submit a promo-code or a student discount.
2. By phone.
At the top of our website you can find a phone number of our English-speaking line, which you can use to call us. You can also order a callback, and we'll get in touch with you ASAP to answer all your questions.
When you place an order, we kindly ask you to choose a time for the pick-up and delivery. We divide our working day into 3 parts – morning (8AM-12PM), afternoon (12PM-4PM) and evening (4PM-8PM).
We'll call you and try figure out the best time when our driver can come to you for the pick-up. We kindly ask you to understand that sometimes it's not possible to forecast the exact time for the pick-up, as our driver has to drive to all our customers. But we'll do our best to give you a one or maximum two-hour time window for the pick-up and delivery.
We also ask you to be at home at the time of pick-up and delivery in order not to create additional difficulties for both you and us.
It's also possible to arrange with us (in writing) to pickup or leave your laundry in a secure location to which you give us access, or with the concierge of your building, hotel or dormitory.
